When you create an online or hybrid event, iTixly automatically generates a secure meeting room using Whereby integration. The meeting link is instantly sent to organizers via email and SMS. Attendees receive their access link upon registration. Meeting rooms remain active for 3 days from your event date.
iTixly processes payouts every night. We accumulate all successful participant payments for the day, sum the total amount, and send your payout directly to the bank account you provided during event setup. We do not pay per individual registration — instead, we pay once every night for smoother financial tracking.
